This inquiry has absolutely no impact on your credit file. TRANSFER all your answers from the Final Exam to the OFFICIAL ANSWER SHEET in the presence of the Notary Pubic, however; this is not a proctored exam.
You just show them your driver's license for IDENTITY VERIFICATION; once you have the OFFICIAL ANSWER SHEET NOTARIZED send it on to us by FAX: 818 753 4300.
