San Bernardino, Kings and Kern county exempt those with out of state
drivers' licenses from this "identity verification" procedure.
Some counties require your signature on the
Final Exam answer sheet be notarized to verify you took the exam.
A detailed email will follow your registration,
to make this as E-Z as possible.
As you know, IDENTITY VERIFICATION is required by these referring courts:
KERN, ALAMEDA , SAN BERNARDINO , MADERA , & KINGS COUNTY
First and foremost, you do have to return your completion certificate to the Superior Courts,
by the COURT APPOINTED due date. However, in the case of these particular courts, in order to successfully complete the course, and be assured that you will receive your completion certificate, you must complete the process as follows:

IDENTITY VERIFICATION FEES ARE SEPARATE FROM THE COURSE FEE
You can choose to go to a Notary Public in your local area,
or use our Online EXPERIAN method. We are very happy to announce, our newly enhanced service of providing you with
VALID ONLINE IDENTITY VERIFICATION via the EXPERIAN credit bureau. NOW YOU will be able to complete the entire course online.
EXPERIAN IDENTITY VERIFICATION – ONLINE FEE @ $10
EXPERIAN is one of the three major credit bureaus that provide secure data for banks and credit card companies. When you seek out your credit report, this is one of the three major agencies that you depend on.

Including the Final Exam and Identity Verification;
When you successfully answer the questions EXPERIAN asks
Which simply reflect the facts on your own personal credit report The questions are simple and direct, its EZ to do.

If; for any reason, you do not pass the EXPERIAN questions,
there is NO FEE charged by us, and we will automatically link you to the
NOTARY PUBLIC OPTION, which is CHOICE # 2.
NOTARY PUBLIC ID VERIFICATION
Here is how choice #2 works,
YOU GO TO A LOCAL NOTARY PUBLIC and pay them the fee for VALID IDENTITY VERIFICATION
(Notary fees approximately $10)
You do take the final exam online; but then you will need to
DOWNLOAD THE FINAL EXAM & THE OFFICIAL ANSWER SHEET, and take them to the local Notary Public. TRANSFER all your answers from the Final Exam to the OFFICIAL ANSWER SHEET in the presence of the Notary Pubic, who can see you do so, however; this is not a proctored exam.
You just show them your driver's license for IDENTITY VERIFICATION; have the official answer sheet notarized and send it on to us by FAX: 818 753 4300. Send your Notary document and the
OFFICIAL ANSWER SHEET for grading. 80% is PASSING GRADE.
We offer you speedy results with this choice too:
If you wish to wait at the NOTARY PUBLIC for 15 minutes or less,
We let you know if you passed the Final Exam, and if not,
we let you know which questions to re-do.

Once you have sent us your NOTARIZED forms, and pass the Final Exam;
